Gantry-type Brinell hardness tester
The tester adopts gantry frame,it is controlled by computer which improves loading efficiency, precision, accuracy, stability immensely, achieves process automation and
eliminates artificial operation error. It meets ASTM E10 and ISO6506 STANDAR.
1.Large moving range of X,Y,Z axis. Y axis is adjustable up to 1500mm and can be customized.
2.X,Y,Z axis adopts separating lever control and is convenient to operate.
3.Adopts electric loading, high-precision sensor and possess unique close-loop control system and automatically compensate each shift of force.
4.Test force can be automatically corrected using standard load cell machine.
5.Built-in hardness value system. After the measuring of Hardness value, input the value of D1 and D2, the value of hardness can be calculated automatically.

THBS-P portable brinell hardness automatic measuring system
The THBS-P Portable Brinell Hardness Measure System by means of the techniques such as optics, electronics, computer and image analysis, specially used to test the Brinell hardness values. It meets ASTM E10.
Product introduction

Software Interface
Main Functions
1. Capturing Images: Real time display image of hardness indentation; store and print its image.
2. Measuring Indentation: measure the indentation with good repeatability, high accuracy and wide usages. At the same time, the system also support to manually measurement and adjustment.
3. Calibrating method: Calibrate with standard hardness test blocks or length scales.
4. Hardness exchanging: According to GB/ASTM standard, automatically exchange the hardness value among the multiple hardness scales such as Brinell, Rockwell, Vickers, etc.
5. Drawings and texts report: Automatically record the test data and output the Word form report according to user’s stipulated requirement.
6. Data Output: Automatically record the test data and save the data with word form.
7. Database supporting: Support the database so as to easy user’s queries.
